What makes a Whole Person Workplace? Today’s guest, Scott Behson, author of “The Whole Person Workplace” and Professor of Management and the Silberman Global Faculty Fellow at Fairleigh Dickinson University has just written a book to help us answer the question.
Scott explained the title of his book came from a quote from one of the people he interviewed as part of his research. He says, “The person told me, ‘We have to recognize we get the whole person through the door. We get their hands, back, heart and mind. And they’re at all different places in their lives. We have realize we have to do our very best to take care of them.'”
